Delivery PolicyDeploying the services & offering support for which the customer has requested as per the signed contract form completely depends on a case to case basis. However the standard delivery time for commissioning a service is 72hours.
Refund/Cancellation PolicyVIVA Communications will ensure your complete satisfaction with its products & services. However if you are dissatisfied with the quality of service for any reason then you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 working days after commissioning the services. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand, post or the email, giving details of the services ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or wrongly commissioned service, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the service has been offered to you, you will be responsible for cancelling at your own cost.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the services ordered.
